BBA Head of Department Message :-

I take this opportunity to extend a warm welcome to all students of BBA to be a part of our journey towards being a world class centre of excellence in Education, Training and Research.

BBA at PSIT College of Higher Education is committed to secure its place in global educational Arena for developing world class professionals in the field of management; our motto is to create industry ready professionals equipped with skills and knowledge relevant to real world problems, having sound work ethics, human values and Indian ethos.

We are recognized among the best education providers and one of the credible educational bodies of North India. We believe in holistic development of our students and aim to develop students as responsible, socially sensitive and globally aware members of the society who are able to contribute towards national and international development.

The students are encouraged to get hands on experience in the corporate world through internship projects, market surveys, research projects and social projects to supplement theoretical knowledge with practical experience. We provide soft skills training with special emphasis on verbal and nonverbal communication, cross-cultural communication, and international communication. We follow a comprehensive teaching –learning pedagogy that includes Case Discussions, Role Plays, Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Presentations, Business Games, Simulation Exercise, Experiential learning, Industrial Visits, Expert Talks from Industry and Academia. We train our students in various Data Analytical tools like Data Modeling, SAS, Tableau, Power BI etc.

The students of the department actively participate in activities of IIC, Entrepreneurship Cell, Research and Development Cell and various clubs in the college. Students are provided with the platform to put up their innovative ideas, startup plans through business plan competitions to develop their entrepreneurial skills.

Faculty members and Trainers are the strong pillars of the department whose focus is to empower students, to nurture their capabilities, transform their life and find success through high quality teaching-learning process. It reflects in the ranking of our students in CSJM University,Kanpur,Our students have bagged Vice Chancellors Gold Medal and Chancellors Bronze Medal for best performance in BBA (CSJMU),Our graduates are holding privileged positions in multinational companies, some are entrepreneurs, some have qualified CAT and secured admission in IIMS and many have gone abroad for higher studies.
